Counseling you through life's challenges.
I am a LISW who specializes in mental health care for teens and young adults (ages 10-35). I earned my Bachelor's from the University of Akron (minoring in Child and Family Development) and my Master's from The Ohio State University. I enjoy providing support for those who encounter difficulties with anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship challenges, life transitions, and trauma care using a compassionate and evidence-based approach.
I aim to create a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and supported so you can develop tools that last long after therapy ends. You don’t have to go through this alone. I'd love to connect if you’re ready to explore therapy—or are even just curious. Let’s create a path forward together.
My approach is centered on creating a safe space whether in person or online, where you can build resilience and develop tools to navigate life's challenges. I enjoy using CBT, DBT, MI techniques, and EMDR (basic training completed in April 2025). I enjoy getting to know my clients and tailoring services to best meet them where they are at by collaborating with clients through out the therapeutic process.
